Summary: In this article we present results of the prospective, randomized study, comparing the results of the wound local therapy with two dressings: Aquacel and Traumastem Biodress. Statistical results processing confirmed a significant difference in evaluation of the difference between ulcerations size after 8-weeks local therapy.
