PRICES OF RADIATION SERVICES

Our basic irradiation and billing unit is the so-called irradiation block. A description of the most commonly used irradiation blocks can be found below.

We always offer both 2K and AL irradiation blocks for the same price. The initial consultation will also determine whether it is more advantageous for you to use a 2K or AL irradiation block.

As standard, we irradiate with a dose of 25+ kGy.

The basic delivery time is two weeks from delivery to us, but we are often significantly faster.

Are you not satisfied with the dimensions of any of the described irradiation blocks? Do you need a specific irradiation dose? Do you need a shorter delivery time?

We will do our best to find a solution for you.

In addition to basic irradiation services, we also offer dose mapping and GMP irradiation.

With the dose mapping service, you will receive a validation report detailing the unique distribution of the radiation dose in the irradiation block containing your goods.

Are you working in GMP mode? We will provide you with assistance in all tasks that are required here (e.g. on-site audit in our company).

This irradiation block consists of one aluminium (AL) container with a space of 43×43×89cm for your goods.

Please send us your goods in the packaging you normally work with. We transfer it into aluminium containers in which the goods will undergo radiation treatment in the irradiation room.

After the treatment, we remove the goods from the aluminium containers and send them back to you (usually on the same pallet on which they were delivered).

This irradiation block consists of two cardboard boxes, each with external dimensions 45×45×45cm.

You will pack your goods in these boxes and send the boxes to us. We stack the boxes two by two and the resulting 45x45x90cm block then undergoes radiation treatment in the irradiation room.

The boxes must be made of high quality five-layer cardboard, we will be happy to deliver them to you.

The same box can only be used a maximum of three times, as the cardboard becomes brittle during irradiation and further uses will reduce the strength of the box to the point where it could damage the goods and the irradiator.
